The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
I was frustrated with the layout of the room. The bed base was made of cement, and I ended up hurting my toe not once, but twice! Navigating the bathroom required additional steps, which could easily lead someone to trip and fall. This design flaw is not only inconvenient but also dangerous.
